What do you like most about working in the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion? What do you find challenging in the work?
I like the energy and atmosphere in the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Everyone in the office wants to work towards making a change together. This makes the most challenging part of work adjusting to the virtual world because of COVID-19. However, because of our unity, things still seem manageable.

What have you learned working in School of Education diversity programs? How do you believe working in diversity will impact your career goals?
I have learn several career-oriented skills working with the various teams with the School of Education diversity programs.
