Students are responsible for the completion of all program-specific requirements in order to receive a certificate. Official requirements are published in the School of Education Graduate Bulletin.
Program of Studies
All students must have a current Program of Studies form signed by their advisor and approved by the department chair. The department office will scan and submit the approved Program of Studies form to the Office of Graduate Studies, and then the record will be reviewed for conferral of a certificate. If you do not have an approved Program of Studies form on file, it may delay your graduation. Please see your department for a Program of Studies form and work with the department to submit it to the Office of Graduate Studies when complete.
Application for Graduation
An Application for Graduation form must be submitted to the Office of Graduate Studies several months prior to the degree conferral date.
