Each fall, we invite partner school districts from central and southern Indiana to participate in our Student Teaching Fair in the School of Education Atrium. This is an opportunity for schools to advertise their schools and communities to our pre-service teachers. To participate, schools must be an approved student teaching site.
All students are welcome to drop by the fair to network and learn about potential future employers.
Those who will be student teaching the following year (and applying to student teach in October) are highly encouraged to:
- RSVP in Handshake
- Upload their updated resume to Handshake for review a few weeks prior to the fair
- Revise (if necessary) their resumes and bring paper copies to the fair
- Drop by the atrium with copies of your resume and thoughtful questions for our visiting schools
