Starting this month, students are invited to develop knowledge and build connections through a new workshop series from Career Connections. The workshops will help undergraduate students in the IU School of Education engage with a dynamic group of professionals, scholars and alumni and learn more about different career paths and topics within the field of education. Some sessions may be of interest to graduate students as well.
This series draws on the expertise of many collaborative partners from a variety of different institutions around IU, including the School of Education Alumni Board, IU Interprofessional Practice & Education Center, Hamilton Lugar School of Global and International Studies, recent School of Education alumni, and educators and counselors from our local school systems.
The topics in the series were largely chosen based on what School of Education students said they wanted to know more about when surveyed last spring.
Visit the official School of Education calendar for registration and more information on each session.
