The Higher Education and Student Affairs (HESA) Master’s Program at IU is consistently ranked as one of the best programs in the nation. The HESA Masters program at Indiana University offers multiple opportunities to develop professionally and connect with an expansive network of alumni. The program administers a supportive network of staff and faculty, who push beyond the curriculum to reinforce theory to practice. Students are encouraged to explore different functional areas, conduct research, publish their work, and present at national conferences. The HESA program implements the necessary steps to graduate as driven and successful Student Affairs professionals.
