Teaching placements are made in Ávila, an hour and a half by train northwest of Madrid. Teachers live in a dormitory with other students and professionals.

Teaching Responsibilities
Teachers will teach conversational and written English to a variety of grade levels, but it may be possible for them to teach specific subjects using English as the medium of instruction. Further, it may be possible to fulfill practicum requirements in Spain for the ESL/ENL license addition.
Other Considerations
Proficiency in Spanish is required. Participation is not limited to students pursuing ESL/ENL certification.
