Jacobs Educators are outstanding teachers from across Indiana and the U.S. who are at the cutting edge of integrating technology and teaching computer science to K-12 teachers and students. Recipients will connect with researchers at the IU School of Education to create deliverable projects that can be used by other teachers, as well as short reports that will provide useable research for other teacher educators and teachers to help them understand best practices around K-12 technology and CS education.

2020 Jacobs Educators
In 2020, seven teachers from across Indiana have been named Jacobs Educators by the IU School of Education. And for the first time, seven IU School of Education students have also been chosen as Jacobs interns.
It’s all part of the importance of integrating learning with technology, something the Center for Research on Learning and Technology has always supported.
The Jacobs Educator Award program is sponsored by the Barbara B. Jacobs Chair in Education and Technology at the IU School of Education in partnership with the Center for Research on Learning and Technology.
