Incoming dean Robert Berry was recognized as a distinguished mathematics teacher educator by giving the Judith E. Jacobs Lecture at the annual Association of Mathematics Teacher Educators conference.

Berry was presented with the award plaque at the conference by Enrique Galindo, AMTE President and Associate Professor.

The lecture provides an opportunity for the honoree to challenge their colleagues on a topic of their choice in a plenary session at the annual AMTE conference.
