Michelle Gammelgaard

Michelle Gammelgaard is a National Board Certified Teacher with Master's degrees in Teacher Leadership and Educational Leadership. She has been teaching mathematics at Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, IL for 23 years and also serves as a teacher-leader within the Mathematics Division. Michelle enjoys fostering students' understanding of mathematics as well as supporting teachers' professional growth.

Ashley Powell

Ashley Powell is a K–12 instructional coach in the metro Atlanta area, where she develops and facilitates mathematics professional learning. During her tenure as an educator, she served as a member of several working committees to revise Georgia's mathematics standards. As a teacher, colleague, presenter, and learner, Ashley continuously shares the value of curiosity around student thinking in her planning and instruction.
