Accepting applications for Summer 2022
This 28 credit hour program prepares individuals employed by school corporations to earn initial Indiana licensure in secondary special education. Our innovative, student-centered approach to teacher education integrates your current work teaching in schools with online special education coursework and virtual face-to-face seminars.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and be employed (part-time or full-time) in an educational setting where they work with individuals with mild to moderate disabilities in grades 5-12 for the duration of the licensure program. The program can be completed in 16-24 months.
