About Me

I am a doctoral student in the Education Policy Studies Program with a concentration in Higher Education. I work as a research assistant for the Center for Postsecondary Research on issues related to financial literacy and student success. I also serve as an Associate Instructor for Current Issues in Undergraduate Life, teaching a course each semester on Financial Planning for College.

Additional experience includes promoting scholarship, education, and policy recommendations through the Global Financial Literacy Excellence Center in Washington, D.C. Previous work includes serving as a Financial Literacy Intern with Federal Student Aid, as well as developing a peer financial coaching program and a free financial literacy resource,, at Wichita State University.
