Major goals of this course (see the R547 Course Web Site):

Become acquainted with various strategies of using computers to support instruction and learning, especially on the World Wide Web;
Apply criteria for effective instruction for design and use of computer-mediated learning materials;
Design and develop components of an instructional Web site to support instruction and learning.
