Hi, my name is Ming Ma and I am from China where I taught for two years in the Beijing Foreign Studies University before coming to Indiana University. I am now a doctoral student in the Curriculum Studies with a minor in Educational Inquiry Methodology. My interests include multiculturalism (especially in Early Childhood Education), critical pedagogy, progressive alternative schools (especially in China), progressive school choice, critical ethnography, theories about self and society, and appropriate use of technology in schools.
