If you re a freshman in UD and you live in a residence hall, you should have an Advisor in your residence hall, or a neighboring hall. The goal is to give the best answer possible. If need to consult elsewhere to give best answer, will either refer to that place or take name/phone no. and consult resources before getting back to questionee. Do not refer if know they are simply going to be referred again or will not receive good service. In this case will find answer and get back to them.

Provide price info as able (as #2). Series sold over phone, but single events not normally sold over phone. Will sell to handicapped section over the phone at all times.
