Course or Program Change
Undergraduate & Graduate Courses/Programs
Please review the Course-Program Approval Process Document prior to submitting a new course or course change request. The New Course or Course Change Request form can be picked up from Jane Kaho in the Dean's office. This document must be typed and signed by your department chair prior to submitting to the Associate Dean for Teacher Education by the next available date as indicated in the course-program approval process document.
