I teach, conduct research, and provide consultation in the areas of performance and instructional technologies. I specialize in analysis, evaluation, and change management. I work with corporate education programs in the U.S. and internationally in the areas of strategic planning, management, needs analysis, and program evaluation. I also teach research methods clases for the School of Education's Inquiry Methodology Program. I serve as the Executive director of the Office of Education and Training Resources (ETR).
