My name is Mi Yeon Lee and I am from Seoul in South Korea. I am studying at Indiana University for my doctorate in Mathematics Education. I came to IU in January 2009, to start my studies in the spring semester. In 2004, I graduated from Seoul National University of Education and in 2007, I received my Masters in Math Education from the same university. Before coming to the U.S, I taught elementary students for 5 years in Seoul. I am interested in social interaction, problem solving, and teacher education.
