ABOUT ME

I chair the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies and teach graduate and undergraduate courses in educational law and policy. My primary research interests pertain to church/state relations involving schools, free expression rights, equity concerns, privatization of education, curriculum censorship, and leadership preparartion.
