“Plan B: What to Do If . . . “
The second Armstrong Teacher Educator panel of the 2009-10 school year
Time: November 13, 2009, 10:00-11:30 a.m.
Location: Wright Education Building, room 1225
A panel of seven outstanding teachers from all across the state will share their thoughts on what to do when plans change.
Teachers must always be prepared to change plans on a moment’s notice, to pick up the pieces and move on when a lesson absolutely bombs, or there’s a fire drill, or you disagree with the district’s choice of textbook, etc. Teachers must innovate, experiment, and be open to new ideas. This panel will get specific about what it means to be a flexible, responsive teacher.
