Conference rooms are normally equipped with speakerphones and overhead projectors. The computer classroom has a teacher station which is connected to a projection system. Conference rooms are to be reserved for meetings such as committee meetings, ad hoc groups of students and faculty, or dissertation defenses. Please do not schedule classes in them or meetings that meet on a weekly basis throughout the semester as this effectively takes the rooms out of use for committee meetings, dissertations, and other special events. Reservations for regular classes and other ongoing weekly meetings and events in these rooms will be removed immediately upon discovery unless previously approved by the dean’s office.

The computer lab is to be reserved for classes, workshops or other special events which require participants to use computers. Regularly scheduled computer classes in the School of Education normally will get highest priority. Schedule conflicts should be resolved by contacting Education Technology Services (ETS).
