Fran Arbaugh

Current Employer: Penn State University

Dr. Arbaugh is currently a member of the Mathematics Education faculty in the College of Education at Penn State University (PSU). Her interests include the design and implementation of teacher development programs (both preservice and in-service) and how and what teachers learn from these programs. Dr. Arbaugh is a former high school mathematics teacher. She received an M.Ed. in Secondary Mathematics Education from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1996 and a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction (Mathematics Education) from Indiana University–Bloomington in 2000.
