In the summer of 2005 I completed my Ph.D. coursework and successfully defended my dissertation in November of 2006. During the 2006-2007 academic year I worked as a visiting faculty member in teacher education at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). I am currently employed as an assistant professor of education at Indiana University Purdue University Columbus (IUPUC). My research interests include the uses of technology in math classrooms and mathematics learning in contexts.
